Reducing Confusion

James had a recent hip replacement and was released from the hospital. We received a call from Lois, his wife, on a Friday afternoon. Lois was worried that James had run out of his medication and was in pain. We contacted the doctor’s office to get clarification on how the doctor had meant the medications to be taken. Turns out there was just simple confusion on the dosage of the medication, and how many pills to take each day. The doctor’s office called James and Lois to clear up the confusion on what to take and when. The collaboration between us, Lois and James and the doctor’s office removed the worry about medications and instructions.
