When you and your loved ones use CarePartner, you get an expert team of patient advocates to help solve your healthcare problems, hear your concerns and help guide you. CarePartner is here to save you time, reduce stress and provide you peace of mind.
Q: Is CarePartner a nurse line?
A: No. CarePartner is not a medical service and does not provide medical care. However, our staff includes nurses and other credentialed and knowledgeable staff to help you understand and manage you and your loved one's care, understand Medicare benefits and services, resolve billing and claim disputes, mediate family discussions and provide expertise and guidance around all healthcare and health insurance issues.
Q: How much does CarePartner cost?
A: CarePartner is an employer-sponsored benefit. There is NO cost for employees.
Q: Who can use CarePartner?
A: CarePartner is available to all regular employees including those enrolled AND not enrolled in the employer medical plan to coordinate health care for yourself and your loved ones; as well as their families who need assistance navigating their care on a spouse’s plan, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or wrap plans. CarePartner can also help you and your loved ones evaluate what your health plan options are so you can select the best plan for you.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: If you are ready to let CarePartner help you, simply click REGISTER at the top of this page or call us at the number listed at the top. Once you have activated the service, we will start with a phone consultation to fully understand your situation and how we can help you.
