Q: How does CarePartner work? 

A: We can help you solve the unique challenges caregiving for your parents or other members of your immediate family not covered under an HD Supply health plan. We offer telephone-based patient advocacy with an expert team of nurses, care coordinators, social workers and problem solvers who work for you and your family. 

Q: How can CarePartner help me? 

A: Being a caregiver can feel like a full-time job. It is extremely stressful and draining both financially and emotionally. When you use CarePartner, you get an expert team of patient advocates to solve your problems, hear your concerns and help guide you. CarePartner is here to help save you time, reduce stress and provide you peace of mind. 

Q: Is CarePartner a nurse line?

A: No. CarePartner is not a medical service and does not provide medical care. However, our staff includes nurses and other credentialed and knowledgeable staff to help you understand and manage your loved ones’ health conditions, understand Medicare benefits and services, resolve billing and claim disputes, mediate family discussions and provide expertise and guidance around all health care and caregiving issues.  

Q: How much does CarePartner cost? 

A: CarePartner is a company-paid benefit. There is no cost for HD Supply employees. 

Q: Who can use CarePartner? 

A: CarePartner is available to all HD Supply employees, who are benefits eligible and enrolled or not enrolled in the medical plan, to help them care for their family members not covered by an HD Supply health plan.

Q: How do I sign up?

A: If you are ready to let CarePartner help you, simply click ACTIVATE or call us at 1.800.790.4388. Once you activate the service, we will start with a phone consultation to fully understand your situation and how we can help you.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: The CarePartners can be reached Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. You can always leave a detailed, confidential message via chat, voicemail or email. We will look into your issue and get back to you promptly.
